I'm moving from ESXi 5.1 to Hyper-V 2012. I've converted the VMDKs to VHDs using StarWind Converted and when the machines are booting in Hyper-V they appear to bluescreen and reboot. I've been doing some reading online to see how I can fix this issue and I found this thread -
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/For ... f=required - but I'm not sure what's meant neat the bottom when the one poster says to "initiate OS rebuilding driver stack". How do I get Windows to do this?

When booting Windows press F8 and select "Repair Your Computer". This will initiate network and storage stacks rebuild to match your updated hardware.
