1) We have fixed the issue with cache settings for the new partner. Now L1 cache mode and cache size are used when partner device is created automatically.
If other cache settings or L2 cache is needed on partner device, it need to be created manually. Then just select this device as a partner in replication manager.

2) We'll add this option to the new wizard!

Does not work.
I created a virtual disk cache L1 5000mb, then added a replication partner. I do not see the cache peer.

Sorry for misleading you, the fix will be released with the next build of beta-version.

OK. Here are the results from our testlab for 3 SATA disks windows software raid0 (striped volume) on Windows 2012R2.

1.HDD 2.Virtual disk-thick provisioned on this HDD and 127.0.0.1 target portal without cache

We don't observe such significant performance loss.
What RAID software do you use?
