We are seeing alot of these errors with the latest beta:

Is UNMAP implemented yet? I created a deduplicated drive, and now I have many .spspx files. There are hundreds of entries in the log '*** DDDisk_Dispatch_WriteSameAndUnmap: WriteSameUnmap - Not implemented yet!'

Even after using VMotion to move a VM off this storage, the space used by the .spspx files did not go down.

I can't create a thin provisioned virtual disk. I have it set to 21tb and it comes with with an error: Specified storage is too big. the max allowed size of storage is 0mb.

If I go 10tb I get: Specified storage can not be mounted. there is not enough free memory for cachine device meta data. the max allowed is 0

If I go 5tb I get the same error as above.

I get the same error for 1tb as the first error.

Thick works fine.

It checks the free physical memory (RAM). What amount of free RAM do you have on that machine?
Please make a screenshot of the corresponding page of Windows Task Manager, reproduce the issue, zip StarWind logs (default location is C:\Program Files\StarWind Software\StarWind\logs) and send all this info to beta-testing e-mail.

The server has 64gb of ram. only 3gb was in use at the time. So plenty of ram free.

If I create lsfs device on volume > 2TB - i get device with state "Failed!" with log:

If i create lsfs device on volume < 2TB and expanding volume beyond 2TB after what - device work correctly.

Please re-download the beta build, check it and let us know if the issue persists.

hello, I am trying to install the beta, but I get an error when I use the "sw8_26022014_betatest_betatest.swk" license file:

"Error occurred while checking license key file"

Beta program is complete. Apply for release of V8 (updated many times BTW since the data of the original release couple of months ago).
