Version 5.8.1964
I need to change ip on heartbeat channel. I`ve found in Q&A:
Q. How can I change Heartbeat or Synchronization Channel IPs?
A. Change of the IP addresses used for internal HA communication can be performed through the replication manager. Follow the steps below to modify or add additional synchronization or heartbeat channels:
1. Remove the HA partner on the node 2.
2. Right-click on the remaining HA target (on the node 1) and click the Replication manager option.
3. In the wizard that appears, point to the image file on node 2 (which was previously used for the HA device) and specify new IP addresses for the Heartbeat and Synchronization channels.
4. Connect the modified target to the client servers.
Please note that the procedure may require fast/full synchronization so it is recommended to perform this change during off peak hours.
BUT if i remove HA partner (Devices - remove device) while guest servers working - will it not lead to the destruction of HA target for vShere??

You need to update the StarWind to be able to use Replication manager.
Rearding your question: noone prevents you from giving the same names to new partners, thus afaik esx should pick up them automatically.
