Hi,

I have configured StarWind iSCSI SAN with a 30 day license key. I am unable to “Active” my image file. I can see the event with error “failed to open image file”. Please advise

What's error code? Can you provide StarWind log for a failed attempt to do something with an image file. Then it would be crystal clear what's wrong. Thanks!

It looks like the problem is caused by the fact that your USB drive has 4k block size. The way out for you is to either change the block size somehow or to use the drive that `ll have different one (on my experience that issue persist on most of the external USB hard drives).
