Release notes at https://www.starwindsoftware.com/release-notes-build list build 8730 as latest
File at http://starwindsoftware.com/tmplink/starwind-v8.exe appears to be build 9052.

Should I be looking in a different place for release notes?

You are quite right, for now latest build is 9052, we`ll update customer page and release notes asap.
