<iScsiDiscoveryListInterfaces value=0> each time the service is restarted !? Heeelp please

Hi there !

Well, I am running into a problem I have never encountered with Starwind v8 !?

I am, as usual, changing the StarWind.cfg file with notepad to change from <iScsiDiscoveryListInterfaces value=0> to <iScsiDiscoveryListInterfaces value=1>. I double check and reopen several times with notepad the cfg file: the value is correctly saved and changed.

And...each time I restart the "StarWind Virtual San" service, the cfg file is reset to <iScsiDiscoveryListInterfaces value=0> !!!??? I do not understand why ? And this on the two Windows Server 2016 Hyper-V nodes ?!

Any idea ?

Be sure to stop the service before introducing this change. After this parameter is changed, start the service back. This way everything will be applied properly.

Thanks a lot Boris ! Looks like it solved the issue ! Strange, I usually do not stop the service before editing, and never had this problem ?
