By default, it downloads it as a regular file. TUI saves it to the temp directory. Did you try navigating to the path from TUI?

Hi,

My colleague suggested to try
sudo /opt/starwind/starwind-san-and-nas-console/Scripts/collect_logs.sh -a -o /home/<username> -n filename.zip
