Already i have removed the vmwaretool ,its virtual machine that i want migrate in v2v from esxi windows 2016 bios to hyper v uefi

Try converting the VM to the template on ESXi and importing it to Hyper-V.
It will need downtime.

What you experience relates more to the drivers. The system has drivers clashing with the destination environment.
Try Veeam B&R or any competitive solution that features Instant recovery, this might help.

taking to much time (almost 24hr) to migrate 1TB vm from esxi to hyper
