Hello! I have a problem. I really need to get the VM disks from the img storage. But I can't access it. I can't mount the iSCSI either because it won't let me activate the new trial or free license. Please help me, what should I do?

Welcome to StarWind Forum. Sorry to read that. Please consider reinstalling the OS, mount the *.img, and extract the files.
You can also try reaching out to the person who sent you the key and see what your account manager can do about it.

Sorry, the option of reinstalling the system to get to the desired VM disk is a very bad option.
I have been suffering for 8 hours already.

Stop StarWind VSAN Service -> Mount the *.img file to the system -> override disk reservations (if there are any) as described here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power ... ver2025-ps. -> Get your data

I can't mount it, it says the image is corrupted.
I'm using Win10 Pro

Windows 10 is not a supported OS (see more at https://www.starwindsoftware.com/system-requirements). Transition from the trial key is not generally done. Trial key is not intended for production.
The best way out of it will be: to redeploy the OS or reach out to us at https://www.starwindsoftware.com/support-form.
