Hi,

i have a 2 node fail over cluster running starwind native san for hyper-v on windows 2012. the native san itself and the cluster along with hyper-v function fine.

I have installed the starwind backup plugin on the two nodes and on a third node running windows 2008 r2. while i can add the backup servers to each other, i cannot add any of the hyper-v servers on the third server or the two nodes. the pdf does not list windows 2012 hyper-v as supported. is this why?

and if so, when will it be supported?

if not, please help :)

Hi Kahthan,
We're expecting 2012 (vhdx) and clustering support in the upcoming version of the product.
