You'll definitely need to provide more information (I'll save you time waiting for Starwind guys to ask you).

Network Diagram of your setup? Single system or 2-node or 3-node or 2-node + async? What kind of drives? In what kind of RAID setup? What kind of RAID controller (hardware/software/etc)?

How did you configure StarWind for the images to place the VMs onto? ProxMox is Linux-based; so I assume you have StarWind on a physical Windows server? Or are you running Windows inside a VM on Linux to then point ProxMox to the images being shared out of the VM?

And as always, you can email support your logs from StarWind to help with troubleshooting; though if you're not on support; it's as time allows I believe; so be patient.
