After reviewing the forum and documents, I understood that I could set up a Windows Server 2012 R2 Hyper-V Failover cluster using the free 2-node license. However, when I try to assign the 2-node license, I get an error. The 1-node license works and everything seems to be installed properly except the "Add Replica" option is grayed out in Replication Manager.
I sent the 2-node license I received from Starwind via email back to sales@starwindsoftware.com and asked them to validate it. I am waiting to hear back but in the meantime, I just wanted to confirm that using the free 2-node license is appropriate for a Windows Server 2012 R2 Hyper-V Failover cluster using two identical Supermicro Windows Server 2012 R2 Hyper-V servers, as described in Hyperconverged-scenario-Basic-2-Node-Setup-manual PDF document.
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
